That's Why I Hate INJECTIONS

Once . . . !!!

I was sitting in the OPD of the hospital . . . I prescribed the patient an IM injection . . . Nursing staff was busy so i decided to give him injection myself . . . ! ! !

I asked to patient to go in a separate room . . . Asked him to lay down in prone position and expose a bit . . . ! ! !

Now the epic was that . . . When i went near him . . . Electricity break down occurred . . . And . . . The emergency light got switched ON with a very dim light . . . !!!

I started palpating his anterior superior iliac spine . . . Then . . . I dragged my finger to upper outer quadrant of DorsoGluteal Muscle . . . ! ! !

The patient lifted his head and started looking at me like;

And then I realized "EXPLANATION WON'T HELP HERE" . . . :/ :/ :/ ! ! !
